It has a clean ESN, there are no unpaid bills attached to it and I bought it brand new from Verizon :)

I don't know why it stopped being able to download apps but I have downgraded to a basic phone that is why I have it up for auction.

Yes, I factory reset it to wipe everything off and it still acts up
