These plier cutters are almost indispensable. I can't tell you how often I use then every day. From opening the little plastic boxes that the crystals cone in to snipping the strings on the strings of beads. Cutting the wire that I'm working with is another way that I use them. Any thing that needs a snip, especially heavy wire, this is your tool. Fits perfect in your hand for those special Jobs..

My apologies!! I just saw your question. Yes, this is new. All of the pliers that I put on LISTIA are new. Actually, if anything is not new I put it in the description. I hope that I have answered your question and thanks for your patience. Please feel free to ask anything anytime. If I take a while to answer it is not deliberately. I am married to this IPad and LISTIA as it is. I don't know how I miss a question but I miss them all the time.
