small sterling silver earring from claires. Got it for my cartilage piercing. Never used but I did open it once to look at it. Perfectly fine, but I let my cartilage piercing close so I don't need this anymore. :)

what gauge is it? also, is it made for a cartilage piercing or regular ear piercing? also is it a captive bead ring type, etc. (ok. i think i am done asking questions now.) =)

it is actually a normal ear piercing size. it is made for any ear piercing but i think it looks great for cartilage :) it has a bead on it, however it closes by snapping into the other side. the ball does not screw on to the earring and it is removeable. :)
