Depends on how much it costs. If it's $3 or less, maybe. It has a battery but it needs to be replaced.

I would bid if shipping was free but I can't pay shipping. And I have a phone really similar but it is messed up and doesn't get signal anywhere

It might be pretty light, so I can see being able to send it for $3.00 or less, but only if the bidding is high enough to be worth it for me.

Yes, it uses a SIM card. With AT & T phones, you can make it a contract or a Go-Phone.
