i do not know i seen it on tv so i order it for mine but i got sick so i have a tablet now so i can take it to the hospital with me i never evern tryed this so i realy don't know how good this product is or not just what the tv says i thought about keeping to use on my desktop for when i feel better bit with the tablet and a laptop i decided to wait it could be a while before i feel like sitting up alot (i have cancer ) taking treatment for it but i feel real weak most of the time but all i can realy say about this i got it off tv for 20.00 never tryed it but t.v says it is good thank u for asking
