It says its a size medium but really it fits like a small. super super cute to wear over a bikini at a pool party or even to wear a spandex type tube dress underneath it and you could wear that out to a club or where ever. its brand new i've never worn it, i bought it without trying on, my lazy butt was too tired to try it on and its a little to small for me, but very cute in person as well. pics dont do it justice.

I'm much too "fluffy" - and old! - for this, but she has that perfect build. Thank goodness she took after her father in that department. She always buys such practical things for herself, it would be extra nice to get it for Christmas for her! LOL
