It has helped me to maintain my weight and has helped me to loose weight. It has helped me to loose up to 20 - 30 pounds over a period of time. Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar is the best that I know of. It can be found at your local health food store, Whole Foods [so I've heard], and it's on amazon.com. Apple cider vinegar helps the blood sugar levels, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and help maintain a healthy weight and even has helped me and my friends and family to loose weight. You will need to drink it every day/nearly every day for an extended period of time for it to work, but I've been told by some of auction winners that it does not have an offensive taste, just gets some getting use to. Also, other comments are it has helped lower and regulate their blood sugar levels, it gives energy, and has helped their stomach/digestive problems.
