Beautiful elm design, icelandic design black with grey print, cross-front, high v-neck, long sleeved ruched side dress top with an asymmetrical hemline!

in great, very gently worn condition, no flaws, whatsoever! if you know elm design, they sell incredibly
unique pieces, in wonderful fabrics.

it is a size large, but, please note: i wear a small women's & this dress or top, it can be worn as either for more than a few looks!
it best fits a medium or small~ it does have
"give" and stretches for a perfect fit!

so, please refer to the following measurements to determine fit. i cannot accept returns due to fit.

measurements taken flat across:

bust: 18" easily "gives" to 19.5"
waist: 16" gives to 17.5"
shoulder width: 16 1/2" gives to 18"
average length: 34"
at left side: longest: approx. 38 1/2"
sleeves: a sleek longer 28 1/2"!!!

hem is raw unfinished. it is the softest,
80% modal 20% cotton.
inside the dress, under the arms is sewn a lining which is the same as the outer dress top, with the asymmetrical hem reversed.
