I honestly don't have the training to be able to identify diamonds, so i suspect they're glass or cz. There's no karat stamp on the metal, so i also doubt its real gold.
However, the large stone is able to scratch steel, so with a hardness of 6.5 or better its either Topaz or Quartz of some kind. The picture is really crummy, but it has a very yellow/peachy tone under florescent lighting. Its very clear though, no interior flaws like you'd expect in a piece of natural Quartz that big, so it may be a manufactured stone.
