my camera out of batteries so it will be a day or so til I get to town(we live in a very rural little town)only business is a gas station and tiny post office(the tear is more like a split on the bottom of the cardboard part of the hardbound cover about an inch--so if you can imagine of you were standing up a book for show its on that part--the very bottom--not even sure how it happened my daughter got it brand new for x-mas 2 yrs ago)
