this is a very nice cell phone. it has never been used it is brand new. i had another phone and it got messed up so they sent this one to me but by the time we got it we had already decided to go back to our old company so this phone is brand new and is still in the box. comes with its receipt.

Please answer the question about the contract ending or did you pay an early termination fee. Any old unpaid bills? I really want this phone and I would bid HIGH but I want to make sure the ESN is clear and ready for activation before I bid. If the ESN is not clear the phone is pretty much useless unless you get it flashed to work on a different network. If you can either answer that or provide the ESN/MEIN number I would appreciate it, thanks!

I actually had another phone but I canceled the service but my mom had bought this phone for me an had sent it to me about the time I canceled an paid of my contract. But I didn't want to tell her.but she sent me the receipt an veryrhing. I called sprint to ask if I could sell the phone an a next person could activate with no problem an they said yes
