Thank you Ma'am. Truly, its only the entitled that think they should get something for nothing and don't realize that I am paying hard cash out of my pocket for these. and I love doing it. I love knowing other women get the same joy from sewing that I do and that I am in a place in my life where I can do this and have some fun. so for those entitled folks, pshhh they're nothing. its the ladies all 16 so far that have gotten my machines that just make my day! You call Amazon, they send a replacement and pick up the damaged one. It's under warranty for a year through Amazon and brother has a warranty

I bought this new at WALMART paid $349. Used it for a couple years but I wanted a bigger hoop. Great little machine. My grand babies have it and I started them on making a quilt. Ages 8,7,& grandson 5. They love it!!!

There are only two size hoops that generally fit non commercial machines bit I find they work very well.
