Description

The listing, HUGE MIXED HIBISCUS has ended.

The winner of this auctions will get at least 10 seeds of each color and I will fix them in seperate bags so you can plant them however you want. The white & pink I sowed from seeds the red & pinks I bought from bushes if you ask if they have little ones come up around them all I can tell you the white & pink does because they are in a place I do not weed so much but the red & pink I pull up everything that comes around them to keep the area weed free. But I do know when they all bloom they keep blooming until cold weather and I do not do anything special to them. I only send to verified Listia addresses. Happy bidding!!!

I live in zone 6 in southeastern ohio, I haven't had any trouble and we have pretty cold winters but to be honest I really don't know. I would think they would be ok if you cut them back and only leave 3 to 4 inches showing then mulch them real good. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I live in zone 6, southeastern ohio, and we have had some pretty hard winters and I have never had any problems with them coming back up. Hope this helps.

Are they safe for dogs and can I plant them so I would be able to bring them inside and have them all year around? How big do they get ? They are just flowers or is it a bush or tree?

Well I know the red and pine Bush last year was at least 6 ft. tall and you would have to a very big spot as they get very big around, now the pink and white ones have not got as big but I haven't had them as long, they got around 3 ft. and not quite as big around but for the time I have had them I feel they will. I know my sister-in-law (where I got my seeds) was very big. Do I recommend them indoors? No I don't think they would do very good indoors but I don't guess it would hurt to try. Around dogs & cats I don't know because I do not have either one. Sure hope this helps.
