Real diamond 10kt white gold wedding/anniversary band. Estimated diamond weight 1/4-1/3tcw. Marked 10kt on inside of the band. Not positive on the size of the ring, but believed to be around 5.5-6. This can be resized by your jeweler.Please bid accordingly.

I do not know the clarity of the diamonds. There are three round diamonds and baguettes in between the round diamonds (I believe there are three baguette diamonds in each area, laying horizontally). That would be 12 total stones (3 round, 9 baguettes). I will look at the ring again when I get home though to double check.
