I'm really bad at describing scents lol
But if I had to describe it, I would say it's a soft scent. Its not overbearing like some perfumes. Like a subtle sexy if I had to find words lol. I don't think its floral. I think that out of the words you mentioned, fresh and ocean would better fit the description.
