There are 4 big books from the show and then the calorie counter. My friend borrowed them and she lost almost 75lbs., so they do help and work if followed.

I ship with tracking and please no buyers remorse. I have to charge shipping due to I just can't afford to ship all of my auctions. (my husband has a cow) lol. Worth taking a look at and possibly winning.
Also, I recently went through a sick spell and got behind on shipping. I do my best to get things there as planned. I am human and make mistakes. My post office is a small town post office and when my items get there, they continue on to Columbus, OH where they are finally shipped to you.
Just letting you know, because I can't handle the anger and mean people comments. Again, I'M ONLY HUMAN AND I DO THE BEST I CAN WITH GETTING ITEMS TO YOU ON TIME.
