Is this a lip pencil, a lip gloss (sheer), or a lip stain? Is it wet or dry and real bright or just a hint of the pink shade? Please respond...F&W
Does this product go on wet or just a bright color without feathering...stays on? Please explain, never used this product before:) Thank you!

It is a lip stain and lipstick, both are bright, fun, and highly pigmented, and have light filtering technology pigments to make the color glow.

A wand for the stain. The lipstick is just the stick. It's double ended.
