To be honest, I don't remember. I worked at HD about 8 years ago. I saved the pins because they meant something to me for a while. They no longer do. The ones in baggies were hard to get ones. Since that one's in a baggie, it was difficult to get a hold of, at least at the store I worked at when I got it. I can't say there's any event tied to it, though there may be. There usually was an event or something tied to the pins, but there's nothing on it and I don't remember. Sorry.
