The All New Innokin iClear 30b Dual Coil Clearomizer features dual coils, bottom feeding design, an upgraded replaceable atomizer head, a large 3ML capacity, and rotatable or stationary mouthpiece that’s compatible with any 510 drip tip.

Bottom Feeding Replaceable Dual Coil The replaceable Dual Coil Head on this tank is bottom feeding, allows to keep your wick constantly saturated and takes away the need to twist and turn your device prior to every vape.

Rotatable Mouth Piece Innokin listened to their customers who complained about the rotatable mouth piece and lack of options. The design of the iClear 30b allows for use of either the rotatable mouthpiece, the new non rotatable one, or any standard 510 drip tip. So is this brand new? If yes why doesn't it come with the Coil Head? Normally when New Innokin will come with 1 coil head already installed, and 1 extra coil Head? I have both the MVP 20Watt and I have the VTR with Extention! I really love Innokin products and I have the IClear 30s Love the 30s Coil that one lasts along time before having to change the coil out plus I love the top filling design.! F&W&Bidding

No this is not brand new. As described in auction this does not come with a coil head for two reasons-

1 It would be in violation of Listias rules

2 Do you really want a coil head I've been vaping from?

I've used this tank for two weeks then upgraded to an Aspire Atlantis CF combo. This tanks been in my juice box since then.
It has been thoroughly cleaned with white vinegar. There is absolutely no residual flavoring from past juices used. If I were to describe its condition I would say it's "like new"

No apologies needed, just wanted to let you know as it was in description area. As for you reply about the coil head like I Go bt a person's Description which yours say " The All New Innokin IClear 30b Dual coil Clearomizer" and it goes on, No where have you said this was used, Hence me asking why it would not be sent with the coil. Listia has no rules on used coils coils as coils can be clean and rinsed very easily,and no one's mouth is put to the coil, but just like cleaning the other parts of this device coils can as well be cleaned in vinegar and rinsed well. So by you asking if I wanted the coil that you have been vaping on the answer is yes, that is if it was only used the amount of time that you are stating. Plus like I said all IClear series come with 1 coil already installed and another on included in the package. I am a vapor and almost strictly a vapor seller here on L:istia, feel free to check me out! But before you can even reply I am going to Gin this!
