I actually don't know. My daughter only used it a few times and she never holds any camera straight. It's better than her old ELMO camera, that's for sure. But if you really want a good camera, hit up BEST BUY and spend $100 or get a really nice smartphone.

I'm unsure. It has five shooting modes, and for one of them, an icon is a movie camera, so I'd assume it has video options.
