The title says it all. This is new in the package, never used. I had to reseal it though because I wanted to smell it. It smells REALLY good.

nope it id brand new. The mount is only a few bucks at Walmart and the bar lasts 3-6 months depending on the size of your family

You have to have the holder that holds them. These are amazing I list these ALOT as well as use them but the holder is sticky and holds them into place for months. They are amazing to have:)
