How do u prepare it for eating?

Morning Michael ✿ Ohhh, where to start. The question would be better served if you asked "is there anyway you can't prepare or eat it!" The don't call it Miracle for nothing as every bit of the entire plant is viable & usable. This includes the roots BUT they are also the least researched and until then, I do not recommend their use.
Edible ~ Leaves (sweet), flowers (forgot to try) & seeds (taste like a pecan w that slight bitter aftertaste). All of these parts can be used: raw, in salads, spaghetti sauce, in baking, stir fry, dried and used as a tea or seasoning spice, seeds can be crushed and added to oatmeal, or honey covered and baked or roasted. I saw a recipe for deep fried flowers that sounded marvey. (ok, now I'm getting hungry) Anyway, the methods for eating this plant are as endless as your imagination and appetite. And the nutrition factor is off the chart.

You would probably do better to grow it as a fast growing bush. Folks with cold winters and shorter summers are germinating early so they have nice healthy seedlings ready to plant. Think of them like tomatoes plants...grow many and harvest for the winter. Also note that if you don't get seeds the leaves and flowers are every bit as nutritious.

Yes, I will Fishy :) I'm sorry to hear you say "you really need" this plant and will do what I can to help put it in your garden. These auctions get pricey because this is a lot of Moringa's. I have plenty of seeds, but the shipping at $2.50 w/tracking (for 1 seed or 50) get's costly on me. They're to large to send in an envelope and must packaged in bubble wrap. If paying the shipping is no problem, I can work out a GIN for the exact amount of seeds you need. Feel free to private message me anytime◠◡✿ Vikki

Hi Vikki! Just started some of mine you sent, how long does it take for them to start sprouting from seed?

If you followed the germination video...approx 4-5 days :) If you direct sow, it will probably take a bit longer.
