This looks like it has all the parts to it. That's a good thing. Do all the locks on the legs work? I have one similar and one of the locks are broke on the leg. My heavy camera don't work to well on a tripod with a broken lock(-;

Yes all of the locks are functional. I just took all of the pictures that are posted here, so I got a chance to test all of the legs and everything is in perfect shape! :)

Will This fit any camera or is there just a certain brand it uses?

I would say this tripod is mainly for digital cameras but it should fit any camera with a screw mount on the bottom. So if your camera has a little hole on the bottom that looks like it could twist onto something than this should work! :)
