This measures approximately 6" x 6".

I believe it is printed on muslin.

Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home.

Delivery confirmation is not something I use, since most items go first class.

That would depend on what other items you win that are free shipping. This item is bigger and takes a bigger mailing envelope, therefore more postage.
