DC Comics 2004 Bandai Robin's Birdarang Plastic Weapon - size 3" X 4 3/4" - rubbery wings. This item apparently is the Bird Boomerang /Robin's Birdarang from Teen Titans - Robin's version of Batman's Batarang.

Robins are red and shaped like a plane...batmans are shaped like a bat...not sure why robins are called batarangs but im 90% sure thats what this is....i think either this is from the show Teen Titans...or Batman the animated series...or brave and the bold
