> Free shipping, when offered, is only in the USA. However, delivery confirmation is not something I use since most items go first class letter. For first class parcels, this is an option the Buyer may request at their expense.

> I carefully package all items I ship out. Alert your post office, rather than me, to poor handling. I will do my best to give you an ETA on your item(s) based on the day I ship.

> Difficult customers and suspected fraudulent dispute filers shall be blocked from future auctions. I will not respond to rude, accusatory or argumentative e-mails.

I hate looking for different glue sticks and then have to remember which is which, lol. Mine works great, I still have my old high and low for back up...but i gotta be pretty desperate to plug those in.
