I think so, it doesn't seem to be a huge large...I think it would be super cute belted and then paired with leggings...and if you belt it, it could almost be worn by someone of any size :)

Ok...so, because this is a "sample" bought at a sample sale, the tag does not say what the dress is made of...the underneath is a material similar to a slip, and the outer part seems to be an acrylic knit...hope this helps!!!
