My daughter is very petite. The doctors keep complaining that she's "too small"...but they don't constider my husband is 5' 8" and his mom is 5' nothin'. She'll turn 3 on the 16th and she's just now in 2T clothes. The good thing is that she wears clothes long enough to wear them out. This would be perfect for her.

I have no idea on the cost. These are very heavy lots. I intended on using flat rate boxes here in the US. I would have to estimate $15-$20 possibly. But hey thats like yard sale prices!
