I could not find a date but it says on back...distributed by Greenbrier I international I nc Chesapeake, VA 23320

Just decided to check out the company myself and I found out the this toy is from a company that sells cheap toys to stores like dollar deals and dollar tree and Target et al
That are made in China. I got this from an vintage store and do not know how old it is
