This is my absolute favourite eyeliner, it is the best, darkest, and longest lasting liner I have ever used.

You will receive one BRAND NEW Kajal liner, still in the package.

Is it waterproof? Does it last on inside rim's?

it doesn't say waterproof, but it stays put pretty well. When I wear it on the bottom rim, it stays for a few hours, but eventually sort of wears off. It seems to last longer than any other eyeliner I have ever used though (including those expensive M.A.C. and Sephora ones)

my eyes water a lot though and i often forget that i'm wearing it and rub my eyes. So you might have better luck than me with that!
