I have the same question as Batty1923. Also, if refillable, would one refill it with liquid perfume, or some kind of perfume that is trapped in a chapstick-like substance? Also, would like to know the year. It's pretty, but I wouldn't bid without, at least, understanding if it's refillable and, if so, how to refill it. Thank you!
