A great vintage souvenir from Ship Ashore(California maybe?) Not sure

Remember phone party lines and 3 minutes long distance calls, this is what was sitting next to the phone!

Wooden rectangle PhoneMinder 3 Min. Timer bought as a souvenir from a gift shop--way back when.

This is made of solid cedar(I think) – with 2 spots for pens/pencils, the middle holds pads of paper and a spot for a 3 minute timer (the timer and pencils are not present or included)

Measures 5¾" l x 2½" w x 3¼"

Neat piece of retro Americana

In excellent condition!

Yes, we are, but since I picked this up at a thrift store, I really have no way of knowing where this has been in the past. I don't smell anything on it tho, if that helps.
