I really like the dress, but when I look at the measurements, the dress appears to be for a child. I'm 5'4 and weigh 100 pounds (that's very thin.) Can you tell me if the dress is a Girls size Large, a juniors, or women's size? Otherwise, you may want to spread the dress out to its fullest and adjust the measurements listed. Thank you.

This is a ladies dress. Not a girls. I wear a size 12 (L). While it does fit me, it's snug. That's why I said it isn't true to size and would fit someone who wears a size M. The elastic waist is very flexible. Thanks!!
