I believe it is partially pearl inlay, it has pieces that are glossy like the color of pearl. I will try to get some more pictures on before the day is out. Thanks.

Is it riped or anything broken on it

I just looked it over and there are no breaks or missing parts or rips in the felt. It is not Tiffany quality but it does have what I take to be pearl inlay.
