Can you please add a picture of the back of the cuff. My daughter wants to know how it attaches to the ear??

It has a stud on the bottom that goes into a standard pierced hole and then wraps over the top of the ear. There isn't a cuff on the back. The ear holds in on. I tried to take a pic of the back but it doesn't really show well.

Thank you for responding. I don't want it to bother her ear. She had sensitive skin and can't wear lots of earrings.

My daughter has one and the same problem with her piercings. But she has not had a issue with hers. I will add that it is heavy.
