This is a size 3-6 month baby girl dress or top. It's not new, but it is in excellent condition. The brand is H&M and Rolling Stones ( The Rock band ). The white long sleeves are built in, not an actual layer, just made to look like so. Cute little rocker girl dress. There are no rhinestones or studs on this piece, it is all paint and made to look like so as well. Features 2 snaps by the collar. No stains, rips, or Holes :)
