This $10 gift card is great because you get to choose which restaurant you want to use it at! It's good at one of the following restaurants: Chili's, Macaroni Grill, Maggiano's or On the Border!
Shipped free with tracking to verified addresses only. All other Listia rules apply, as do the following:
- do not advertise you auctions on mine. It will be hidden and you will be blocked from my auctions,
- If you do not like the GIN price, don't take it. Bid (or don't) but please keep negative comments to yourself. Negative comments will be hidden and you will be blocked from my auctions.
- I go to the PO two times a week. You will know when your item has shipped when I enter the tracking number. I will also email you with the expected delivery date that I get from the PO. They are usually right although not always. I always ship within the allotted 7 days. Please don not bombard me with emails asking when it will be shipped.
- If a day or 2 pass after the expected delivery date has passed and you still have not received your item, PLEASE contact me so I can put a trace on it from my end. That's how the PO works. We have a better chance of finding your item that way. I will not automatically grant refunds just because it didn't show up on time. Please give me the chance to work with the PO to get it to you.
- It is your responsibility to find out if the gift card will work in your country. I suggest calling your local store and asking or checking the fine print on the store's website.
- Shipping to Canada is expensive and based on past shipments. I accept PayPal only. If it turns out to be less, I will refund you the difference. I'm sorry I can no longer support free shipping to Canada.
- If digital delivery is an option, I will do that too - in fact, I prefer it as it is faster, cheaper & better for the environment.

Yes, with tracking, unless the winner wants it delivered electronically then I deliver it here via Listia email - which if possible I prefer because it is faster, safer, and more environmentally friendly. But alas, it isn't always possible. But I ship first class with tracking so it usually takes about 4 days from the day I mail it. I usually go to the post office about 2x a week - usually on Tues and Thurs. When I get home, I enter the tracking number and send an email to the winner with the PO's projected delivery date. They are right on about 75% of the time. When they are off, it's usually only by about a day or two. Once in a very great while, they are actually early but I don'y encourage people to hold their breath on that one! If it's extremely late, I ask that they contact me first so I can start a trace on my end as that's how it works - I have to initiate on my end first. I don't automatically grant refunds until all PO options are exhausted. They almost ALWAYS show up eventually - after having some sort of postal adventure that we never know about...maybe they visit Paris, who knows, but I've never had one not actually show. One was about 2 weeks late but it showed. Having said that, 99.9% of the time, it's not a problem. Tracking is a wonderful thing which is why I ALWAYS use it even though it costs a little extra.
