to plug it into yur u would have to combine the camera with for example (my gica capt usb capture card then plug it in to yur computer. softeare depends on computer my boyfriends uses vitamin d video which is free but a great software.

u can record but u will need a cctv cable to connect to yur dvr.

you can sync w computer but u have to combine camera with usb capture port then u need software also. my boyfriend uses vitamin d video its free and is great software.

yes it comes with power supply cord.b n c connection for video and 2.1 mm connection for power. connects to tv vcr or dvr. of course it records but is stationary w a wide angle lens.
