Is this a regular stamp or??

it has a regular 32 cent stamp on the top ,,like a mailed letter ,post marked on the day issue,Feb 4 1997 ,,,, then a 22k replica stamp of that stamp,,,,,, pic 2 shows it all ,, it also has a info... card about the stamp and Swans and how they ,, "partner for life ",,, this one is real nice ...Thank you !!!

i ripped one open one time to see,,,,, it is gold foil with thin cardboard backing ,, the replica is about 2 times the size of the stamp you use to mail with... i will post more photos tonight when i get back home ... Thanks
