Got a shipping question for you.. if you ship to continental USA , Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories and then state its $4 for shipping outside the continental USA.... but Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories are outside of the continental USA.... how would I know if I had to pay for shipping or not?
