Description

The listing, Early 1900s James Pyle's Pearline Puzzle Trade Card Curious Optical Illusion has ended.

Up for auction is an early 1900s James Pyle's Pearline Washing Compound Soap Powder advertisement. I believe these were either inside the washing compound, given out with the purchase, or enclosed in a mailer. I received this with an estate sale lot of postcards from the early 1900s.

This is a pink and black sturdy paper advertising card. There is a curious optical illusion on the back (or the front, depending on how you choose to look at it).

This 100 year old original advertising measures approximately 4-1/8 inches x 2-5/8 inches. It's in excellent condition for the age, and is in a Stor-Safe semi-rigid plastic holder to protect it during shipping. Publisher unknown. Guaranteed to be original.

Please be aware that this will be shipped in a first class envelope that carries no tracking. Make sure you are in agreement with this method of shipping before bidding.

Smoke-free home.
