Non-smoking home. Have two dogs, but they don't read so they haven't handled the books :o) This book is in good used condition - no water damage, no smoke, no marks on the pages, no folded corners and the cover is in good shape as you can see in the photos. A previous owner did write their name on the first inside cover page, but the rest of the pages are unmarked and great.
