'Burnt Saffron' is a very unusual hibiscus that blooms with large 7-9" flowers in shades of dark, "burnt" orange. The upright bush is somewhat slow in growth , but it does flower a lot, A LOT:) Grows into a nice rounded bush and the flowers are an intriguing mix of "burnt orange" colors, that start brighter and darken as the bloom matures, the blooms are long lasting and the colors maintain their intensity.

It can be both, in very cold winters though they have to brought inside to overwinter
