This is for listing stuff you don't want, or won't use. So that's exactly what everyone, including me, is doing with this. If it was deleted then it'd be stupid. This does not cost anyone money to get so it's not against the rules to list. I'm not asking money for it, I'm giving it away.
I have seen hundreds of auctions like this one, in the past two years of me being on this site. None of which were ever deleted, and none of which had someone like you constantly commenting saying it's "against the rules" to list. And also, everyone knows that restaurants are not cheap to eat at. They've never been, and never will be.
Just for reference for everyone that keeps giving negative comments whenever one of these is listed:

Here is their answer on 8-19-14 to the question, "Why should I choose a Restaurant.com e-Gift Card?":
"You’re giving the recipient the gift of choice! Instead of selecting a specific restaurant for your recipient, you can let them choose from among thousands of restaurants nationwide. Also, e-gift cards do not expire and are an easy gift for you to give because you can save up to 50% or more off the face value!

Here is their reply on 8-26-14 to the question: "What does redeem for face value mean?":
When you have an e-gift card to Restaurant.com, it can be redeemed for a Restaurant Certificate of the same value. You are not purchasing a new certificate; you are redeeming a Gift Card for a Restaurant Certificate at the same face value. For example, if you have a $50 Restaurant.com e-Gift Card, you can redeem it for a $50 Restaurant Certificate, two $25 Restaurant Certificates, or five $10 Restaurant Certificates.
