This listing is for "10" Japanese Loquat SEEDS
grown in Houston, Texas.
All seeds are shipped extremely fresh!
Once the auction has ended,the Loquats
are picked from the tree and the
seeds are removed. They're cleaned and
packed in damp paper toweling in a plastic
ziploc bag. They arrive fresh and ready to
germinate. Please have containers and
some good potting soil ready to plant
them immediately.

Flower seeds are a live organism.
Their germination depends on many
factors including heat, cooling, sun,
shade, moisture, time of sowing, etc.
None of these things I can control so I
can not be held responsible for them.
