It's perfect for a small or medium sized dog!
There is a switch to adjust from high to low and off of course! My chihuahua loves hers;)

Nansiludie, Yes this is specifically for pets. I have no idea if it's water resistant or not and the pink picture is just the back of the frog one. Hope this helps!:)

I have another question, since the writing on the label is in Asian writing, will this work in a US outlet? I am assuming since it is not written in English, it might not work here due to the electrical wiring differences. I am very interested in this, that is why I am so curious about it. Thank you.
