This is a Doctor Who best friend necklaces where two double hearts come together to make the halves into a Tardis. This is flawed, though. When cutting the charm, one of the hearts was not cut out so the top half doesn't sit in correctly. (Pictured)

That is so cute. It's a shame about the flaw. Where did you get this? Couldn't you have possibly required a new one since you got this one flawed? That's what I always do. Haha anyway I'll be watching it. I love it. :)
