Size xl (40-45" bust). Has been washed so it it at it's true size. Their website is www.newnativeinc.com if you would like to take a look at their instructional videos and tips for babywearing or reasons to babywear if you are new to it. :)Can wear preemies up to 35 lbs.
Does not come with the DVD. I have no idea where it is. This sling has never been used. It was washed and tried on but, my toddler hated it the first 2 secs she was in it! She was almost 2 and new to babywearing so I guess that was the reason for the hissy fit she threw! ;)
