This is the clearomizer that you put the e-juice or liquid in & then you attach it to a battery to make a complete e cigarette. Is that what you meant?

You can buy e-liquid at most gas stations, convenience stores & liquor stores. Walgreens too as well as vapor stores. And yes you can make your own e-juice. I live in a very small town population 3200 & e-juice can be purchased at both the liquor store & gas station. So you probably won't have trouble finding some. It comes in a wide variety of flavors & nicotine strengths'. You can even buy e-juice with no nicotine in it.
