This is a testimony: I bought the other keyboard that is identical to this one. I have already received it and am typing on it now. The only thing I had trouble with is the multimedia hot keys at the top. I have an older Dell and apparently this keyboard has different software that wasn't standard to be factory installed6 years ago, like it is now. All the new Dells have it. They should be just plug and play. Still even without those keys, it is still a fantastic keyboard!! Feels like I am typing on air and the wrist rest is a nice feature!!! You will be totally satisfied with your purchase. The shipping is a little high but she paid more than that to insure and have a delivery priority mail with tracking confirmation. I got it in 2 days!!!! I even have asked everyone in my family if they needed a new keyboard to try to justify getting this one also, but they were all set!!! Thanks to Haylay !!! She is a great example of just what new members should be doing!!!! 10 Stars!!!! Sorry, just had to give her Kudos!!!!
